Breakfast: Let your day begin with a Texas sized breakfast consisting of freshly-ground coffee or brewed tea, juice, fruit, homemade breads & muffins, with our fresh honey, and stimulating conversation - Or a breakfast basket, if you are on the go.

Amenities: A parlor with a fireplace, sunroom/porches with rockers and gardens are for guests' pleasures.

Afternoon sweets/fruits and beverages, and complimentary wine for your enjoyment.

Food: , gather around an authentic outdoor crackling wood-burning Neapolitan pizza oven where you get to make your own 2-minute pizzas, make your own home-made pasta, or fire up the grill and cook your own Texas steaks  (depending on the season & weather). 

Or you can have Vinton cook up one of his gourmet meals from an exotic country.

Relax: In the evening, you are welcome to join your hosts and tempt your palate with a refreshing beverage - Italian 'lemon cello' or Moroccan 'Whiskey' (it's only tea).

Play cards, games, or set outside and watch the stars.

Jacuzzi: You can relax in the private Jacuzzi before retiring to your room for a great night's rest.
