Open: year round, including holidays

Accommodations: 2 guest rooms with private baths.

Restrictions: Smoking allowed on back porch only; children and pets are welcome per previous arrangements. Our own dogs, Airedales, are friendly but big, and don't shed.  If they are of concern to you, they can be kept away from guests.

Privacy: We respect our guests 'right to privacy'. No personal information will be given out or sold to 3rd parties.

Specials available: Anniversary, Birthday, Engagement, Showers, Elopement, Gift Certificates. Let us help to plan your special celebration surprise. We welcome small intimate weddings/receptions and pizza parties.

Policies

Rates/Policy: $79.00 weekday, weekend $89.00, based on single/double occupancy. Additional adult guest in the same room, add $10.00. Local taxes added to these rates.

Meals: Gourmet continental breakfast (or a breakfast basket).  Additional meals are available.  Please specify on reservation form.

Payment: Personal and travelers checks and cash.

Discounts:  10% discounted rates for 'all' military service ID cardholders. Other specials may apply (senior citizen, pastoral, etc. - call for verification, Ph.512.635.9901).

Deposits: One night's rate deposit is required. Written confirmation is promptly mailed/E-mailed upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellations: Deposits on cancellations received more than seven days prior to scheduled date of arrival will be fully refunded less a $10.00 processing fee. No Show or cancellations received seven days or less from the scheduled date of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Check In: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. For late arrivals please call in advance. Check out by 12 p.m.
