Let your day begin with a Texas sized continental breakfast consisting of freshly ground coffee or brewed tea, juice, fruit, homemade breads and muffins with honey straight from Liberty House hives (or a breakfast basket if you are on the go) and relaxing conversation.

A parlor with a fireplace, sunroom with porches & rockers and gardens are for our guest's pleasure as well as afternoon sweets/fruits and beverages, and complimentary wine. 

Depending on the season, gather around an authentic outdoor crackling wood-burning Neapolitan pizza oven where you can make your own 2 minute pizzas or home-made pasta......or fire up the grill and cook Texas steaks. 

In the evening, you are welcome to join your hosts and tempt your palate with a refreshing beverage, Italian "Lemoncello" or Moroccan "Whiskey (it's only tea!). 

You can relax in the private Jacuzzi before retiring to your room for a great night's rest.
